Section #1: Name

1.  NAME

           

The organization shall be named the PETERBOROUGH MINOR HOCKEY COUNCIL. 
          The organization shall be the governing body of OMHA “AAA” hockey in the COUNTY OF 
           PETERBOROUGH. Throughout this document, the letters PMHC will replace the words
          Peterborough Minor Hockey Council.
